Besides Ebay, where can I find a cheap computer which includes all the baiscs (moniter, comp, keyboard, speakers, etc.) for under or just $200? It's gotta be at least a 300-250mhz processor and 40-64mb of RAM. :)
 
I'll sell you a dell optipex with 200Mhz speed and 64MB ram, onboard sound/video with a NIC, cd-rom and a 2GB hard drive for name your price..

Not a tower though, it's a "desktop" computer
 
you might be able to get somthin like that from Emachines. you can probaly do a google search on em' to check theyre prices
