It will help me build a company you want.

I would like to know what other languages are mainstream in the hosting industry.
I am most likely going to offer support in
  • English
  • Other
  • Other
So I have 2 slots open (site will also be converted to these 2 languages.)

I am also setting up for world wide locations.
Currently I have sorted 2 locations
US - Cheap servers 10mbit servers with directadmin - VPS - VDS (xen) - Hosting on a cluster
AU - Cheap Servers - VPS - VDS (xen).
where would you like your VPS/VDS/Server/Hosting package to be hosted and for what reason?

If you couldn't manage a server would you pay a professional $20 for 5 hours of tech support each month? (to install scripts and fix issues, update etc)
(Chances are you would never need more than 5 hours)


What other things do you look for in a host (excluding the obvious 2, good support and uptime.)

Would you rather multi currency when paying for packages? IE: USD AUD EURO.
Or would you rather just pay in USD/Other? please explain which one.

3) Are you trying to provide VPS or dedicated server? If VPS, I won't choose your service.

It's hard to say what other languages besides English are popular. It really depends on your target market. If you aren't targeting any specific market, then you could only really focus on English. In my experience, I've had support requests ranging from Spanish to Russian.
 
Look, if you can provide hosting and support services in Russian and Mandarin, you'll be doing very well, especially at those prices!
