Hi to all the members at Freewebspace.net i am not sure if this is the right place to post this here but anyways here is my question. I want my visitors to click my ads. so i was wondering is there a way they have to click the ads b4 they enter the site? anyone gets me ?

yes I do and every advertising network will kick you out for forcing your visitors to click

Wojtec certainly has a point.
That aside; read some jscript tutorials, that should do the trick.

my suggestion is to not even do that in the first place for the following reasons:
-1. what Wojtec said
-2. a HUGE load of traffic will be diverted the second they see that page
-3. some people has javascript disabled so they can't get in at all
-4. smart people just type in the next page in the address bar after a short search through your code
-5. as one of my own experience it may nuke some people's browsers because of compadability problems
