Proxy site - Long shot i know but its only for private use.

As well as my previous post, i need a separate host to host a small proxy site. i am aware that they use alot of bandwidth and resources but this is only for me and my friends to use, probably will receive less than 20 hits a day. Thank you.

I doubt you may get this easily. Proxy sites use up resources. On the other hand 20 hits a day won't give anyone ad revenue. So it's going to be tough unless someone has server space that they ain't using and don't care if they get any revenue out of it.

I am leaving you this note because we have a pretty extensive
application process and I wouldn't want you to get through all
of that to only find yourself having your hosting account deleted
and having to look for hosting all over again.

Forget about it. Proxies = Trouble for web hosts. Not only do they use up too many server resources but they are also abused by spammers or people looking for child pornography. Rather than using your own proxy, look for a proxy hosted on a fast server (like hidemyass.com).
