I have opened a proxy listing site since it seems to be the cool thing to do these days. Proxy users can find proxies in the list(practically empty right now) and webmasters can add their own proxies to the list free of charge.

I whipped up a contact form for the time being for bulk listings and such, till I do something about that form. Link in main post.
