hello, has anyone else had problems with dot.tk?
i had two domains with them, one free and one paid. the paid one is paid two years in advance, and won't expire til 2004, and yet my PAID domain is missing.
and i can't find a way to contact the dot.tk folks to get this corrected. i've serached their site, and only found a form mail, and when i fill out the form mail, i get an automated response and a list of standarad replies, with a note at the bottom to email "livesupport.tk" if my question isn't answered in that email.
anyone have that email? phone number?
anyone having any problems with them as a redirect?
while my paid domain is missing, anyone can come along and register the domain name if they feel the urge to mess with me.
i'm starting to think it's a database problem, or something.....if so, that means that some of the other services they offer are slightly skewed....
