Problems sending mail to My Account

Hello,

I just got a hosting account and the first thing I did was to create an email account in the control panel to see if it would be able to receive email. I tried sending an email from my yahoo account and it keeps coming back as mailer daemon with the following message:


Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following
addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
