Problem with megawebspace Ticket System

Alright, I tried signing up to DrDosh after submitting. I signed up to it, hit submit on the megawebspace page, and then it returned me back to the same page. Any way to help?

i signed up like 5-10 min ago.... and yes, i completed it all, i go to where it said signup to drdoosh, i did, then i clicked continue and it brought me to the same page.... i got drdoosh welcome email
