Yeah... What I do is build my website on my own pc, then upload it. That way I have a local backup. I hadn't actually put a website there yet, but I had started posting to their forums.

How about vBulletin Licence..? May owner ( licensed vBulletin ) transfer licence to other domain names??

well it is not free but right now i am offering really cheap cheap prices till i open it is only 6.00 for a year.
