portal needed

I need a portal for my forum or a good website.

My forum is www.360gamerscore.info

And were looking for a good front page website that you can post new information on the front like a blog. and you can have links on the side.

We want good people, good bandwith and good space. 1GB + would be perfect.

If you can help that be great, also if you can help buy setting it up also, that be even better. Thanks!

Note- This is for a xbox 360 gaming community.

What kind of portal? MKPortal? It needs to run of a forum backend.
