Please serious comments needed

Hi everyone!

My site is newly up and I need some serious comments to improve it. Please do help out and I shall appreciate your help. Here's the URL:

Its A Decent Site but i think it could be easier to navigate. Somehow make it so the very first entrance page is either not needed or at least looks like the rest of the site. try using a more standard screen resolution like 800x600 something.
It is a good start but i think the key is to have a site that is easier to navigate so you can find what you are seeking instaed of stumbling into it.
