My site is twistedreality.unrealpages.com

It is still being worked on but I need a few suggestions for it for content. I was thinking about putting up a section where people submit away messages or their own quotes/pranks but I couldn't figure out how to let them submit without having to sign up for something. Is there a way I could have them just post their name/email/quote. Also the main page is a frame because I wasn't sure how to have index.htm go to twistedreality.unrealpages.com/blog/weblog.php.

As for what you want with the content, sounds like an easy job for someone who knows php. I know there are a couple around here!
