Please!!!!! I need help!!!! I have a virus and I have NO CLUE how to get rid of it!!!

Can somebody please please help me??????????!!!!!!!!!!! I got this virus that disables my anti-virus programs!!!!!!! I need help gettign rid of it...but my Norton doesn't work!!!!!! PLEASE HELP HELP! I AM SO DESPERATE!!!!!!!! :cry2: :cry2:

and next time dont open files or look at porn sites, that should help


if that doesnt work may just want to format

She didn't need to be looking at a porn site, I once was checking out a banner ad (before I enabled it to be shown on my site) and it spawned a few popups one of which *broke* my AV program, I had to quickly download another one.
