He registered my domain so i cannot modify my ns1 & ns2 at registrar because i dont even know my registrar

Never, ever pay for a domain knowing that you will not have access to DNS management. You have to request your host to change your DNS? That is total ridicule.

The better - always have a seperate provider for domains (such as cheap godaddy), never buy it as a package from a hosting service.

Anyway, we ahev a reputation to protect and is prepared to write everything off and tell our client to start from scratch if they have to. Waiting endlessly is not a good business decision at all.

Shouldn't pivotal say something? Its always bad to keep clients in the dark.
