phpBB 2 Help: Extraction, Installation and Configuration Woos

Alright, I have done a search and can someone please verify these queries with me?

Appreciate for the replies in advance!

1) Should the phpBB 2 be installed directly:

A) Directly onto our C:/ drive
B) Extracted into the cgi-bin directory
C) Extracted onto the domainname.com/cpanel
D) All of the above

2) What are the basic commands of php or FILES required to sucessfully install phpBB 2?

3) Sustaining a phpBB 2 Forum: What are your experiences and tips on maintaining a busy traffic?

4) Configuration: Is phpBB only limited to a certain interface? Are there any modifications that are recommended?

Yes...on my webhost server....

1) Create your database
2) Obtain, unzip and upload phpBB to your server
3) Run install.php
4) Delete the installer and the upgrade*.php files

You're set.

Which, if any, of those steps do you need a more specific answer to?
