goto www.web-x.net for $8/month unlimited tranfer, 200mb, PHP4 and MySQL, but they aren't very good although they have the features.

my $20 a month host is www.eclipsehosting.com and they garuntee a ping that wont go higher than 80ms for more than 5 mins of the day!

thats all still like paid hosting from a free host you might only be able to get 1GIG of transfer and hosts that give 100MB of space wont last they will change it within time
