i have a simple personal website consisting of nothing important (it just amuses me), a html list of my large movie collection (so when i am not at home i can see if i have a particular title, and also so my friends can access it), a php script for a random avatar i like to use on a very busy forum, as well as some image hosting of holiday snapshots and image hotlinking

so i need no more than 50-100mb space
ftp upload
php
hotlinking
and whatever bandwidth may be used by hotlinked images and page views

my ISP offers free hosting but does not allow php
most free webhosts do not allow hotlinking or upload of .htaccess files

i prefer to pay by the month by paypal (so if you disappear i don't lose $$ :angel:)

i am not interested in hosting copyrighted material (there are plenty of other places for that), but i just want to be able to upload whatever i wish, however the fancy may take me, without worrying about policies and terms of service

i've already spent all afternoon reading fineprint, and quite frankly it bores me

anyone want to put a price on this? i'll go with however says "yes" to all of the above, and is cheapest...please also list any restrictions
