Per-gig torrent downloading service needed

Basically, I'm behind a very restrictive firewall and I need a service that downloads torrents for me somehow, and charges me by the gig. Would be awesome if automated. Kind of like:

http://www.mrgigabit.com/bt.php

but without the port requirement to access finished files.

Addition:

I DO NOT download movie, warez, HBO, cp, or music torrents. I don't like putting my hosts at risk.
Files are usually documents, sizes are usually 5-200mb, larger are rare.
Do NOT need tracker or massive seeding services.
Will transfer finished torrents to myself only.

Willing to pay something like $0.60 per gig.

I agree with Jan. It'd have to be a what, 1000 page word file even to only hot 80-100mb!
