Hi everyone, my computer has become laggy and slow. Are there any programs to fix it?

I must say at first, a computer is becoming laggy and slow due to many reasons. Is this old? Is this full of memories? Does your computer have a protect system? Do you clean your disk regularly? Does your Windows Drive almost out of memory?
