i am totally agree with u.
a lot of buyer after they used the service for 1 month (and pay for 1 month), then they file a chargeback or dispute to get back their money and use the service for free.
i hate these ppl, wasting my time to write in the paypal resolution center.
Doesn't bother me, I've won all my chargebacks/disputes. People think they don't have to read my refund policy and try to get away with getting their money back. Doesn't work that way.
If you want a few tips about winning disputes, here are two simple ones:
1. Register your business; Doesn't have to be fancy, a DBA will do. Those are really cheap and sometimes free. You don't even have to pay taxes.
2. Write up a refund policy or usage policy and enforce it with your customers/clients. If your registered, you have every right to do so.
