because we have said that its NO ads hosting and this advert spread out on the net and when we restart again after a week of our server being down we decided to put ads but it was too late because we already said that its NO ADS hosting!!!

It doesn't matter, that is the reason you're now OOS. You should stick with your business plan, no matter what the complaint.

They need to keep in mind you're doing them the favor by giving free hosting, and the least they can do is place an ad.
