Budget is way to low;

you're asking way to much for that price. 99.9% uptime..1GB space, RV skins....15$/yr. .... naw I don't think that's reasonable.

Do you mind readjusting your budget?

That is still low. Lowering the uptime will not help much. Its in respect to the features offered in addition to the uptime that also matters.

For $20 / year, thats roughly $1.67 / month. After processing fees, the host won't be left with much...

As Chief and Volt have pointed out, your budget is far too low. You should be looking at paying at least US$60 per year. :)

I hate the fact that this makes me seem so low though.
