I'm looking for a new webhost that meets the following provisions (or close to it)...
- Have been in business and providing hosting services for at least ONE YEAR. High reliability, user ratings and ~9+ months might be considered. No other exceptions on this point!
- Servers and support located in the USA.
- Reviews or ratings on some kind of third party bulletin board/webhost review site.
cPanel control panel (with Fantastico extensions preferred)
Ability to use and configure multiple add-on domains and sub-domains
FTP access with customizable sub-user accounts
Disk space: 2gb or more (5g preferred)
Bandwidth: 20gb or more (30gb preferred)
Please provide price for 2/20 and 5/30 options.
MySql databases: 10+ or unlimited
10+ POP3 email accounts with webmail access (mailing lists features would be nice too)
phpBB and/or IPB (Invision Power Board) bulletin board scripts available
Image gallery
Other scripts with easy installs
Standard stuff:
Webhost tech support forum where other customers can help each other is always nice but not necessary.
Paypal or credit card billing. Annual/semi annual pricing available at a discount (please provide both monthly and annual pricing).
PHP (preferrably with CURL extensions installed), CGI, protected directories,
file manager, URL redirectors, web/referrer stats, raw log manager / viewer / graphs, search engine submitter.
I also would prefer a webhost that is ok with a small amount of adult content (properly licensed of course) but it's not a deal breaker if you don't allow adult content, just say whether you do or don't in your offer.

Budget: Well I'm going to throw out what sounds good but feel free to offer whatever your services require. I would rather the hosting provider give ME their price, not the other way around - $5/month or $50/year
