Order Form Template?

im looking for a good order form template that i can intergrate into my site thats easy to use. im currently using oscommerce witch im happy with but would like another option and i also would like a separate order form for free hosting. can anyone help?

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but try http://www.phpcoin.com/. It's decent for webhosting, and I'm sure you could set the plans to $0.00 and it would work for free. Hope that helps!

why not check in the email form? they are same i guess, only you have to put more options in your code
