Add some colour to make it abit vibrant because its too much like a monochrome style (Unless thats what you like for the theme). Logo is kinda big, scale it abit. Plus, the Times New Roman font type should be replaced with another font type because it gets too tiring looking at webpages with that kind of same old font style. Well, thats to begin with... :)

-The menu has some bg color that is not black around the curves... Fix that.
-Ditto on the logo being to big.
