Only asking for 60MB, ftp, no ads

Hi,
I got a music site and I only ask for 60-70 MB, ftp, as much traffic as possible and no ads. No special technologies or scripting langueges whatsoever. Oh, and they should allow .txt files.
I've already tried Host.sk and Web1000. Any suggestions?
