On the lookout for VPS

I'm searching for a VPS provider who accepts MoneyBookers as a method of payment. I have no strict requirements for this one. CPanel/WHM and at least a few IPs would be welcome. Budget for this project is about $25/month. All offers are welcome

If there really isn't anyone who can offer me the option to pay by MoneyBookers, I can also use e-gold. I'd prefer MB though.

Sorry, since I no longer use any of my credit cards online, I can't pay by PayPal either. I'd wish that more people added MoneyBookers as a method of payment, as it's really inexpensive to use and there are NO chargebacks, which is, naturally, great for merchants. I'm always trying to spread the word
