I suppose that the have changed that and everything is okay so I have moved onto a new problem

When you update your pages with them the updates dont show up on your site unless you press F5 about 10 times and sometimes when you return to your site again the old version of your page is there argggggghhhhhh.

In this case, I don't think so. From what I read, he's having updated page problems, something that has to do with caching, not free/paid hosting problems.
