Well this is the thirst time I'm looking for a host. :(. Reasons: inviho.com doesn't allow .htaccess files and liway has been down and looks it will be for a few more days :(, and me and my clan can't wait any longer since it's pretty new and yournaments will soon be starting).

Requirements:
25mb (upgradable is a must!)
1gb bandwith
php/1mysql (for phpBB3)
allows several file types
no ads (ok with text link)
no posting (I'd gladly post but it would take something like another week :()
quick activation (instant is not a must)

You should put htaccess in your requirements list if you need it. I offer it, but I bet some of the hosts that posted here may not have noticed that.
