Done That site is just as new as yours, will take a while to get traffic on it.
My own proxy www.1joint.info is also about 3 days old, but is allready getting about 1300 unique visitors a days.

PHP proxy is no good. Try a perl one.

As for the 1joint.info, it looks too clumsy. Try to clear it up a bit. put the datas in boxes!
