Well, it loads really slow...and that is a painful background colour. I don't know if the Flash thing there is really neccessary, in fact, that may be what slows it down.
That's the end of the stuff I don't like. The actual layout is nice, and it seems very fluid and organized.
one more thing...is it really neccessary to have a guestbook and a shoutbox?

Ok fine..
I go to my friend house and tested site loading time...
and it was around 10-20secs...
he connection was cable lah..
i don't why it happened..
anyway..if anyone could withstand the long loading time ..
pls tell me how to get high hits...and improve my site design

You could join webrings, topsites, etc. The best way is to link it in your signature.
What I meant by painful background colour is the colour is really bright and kinda hurts the eyes, especially when it's the only thing you see for like the first 15 seconds waiting for it to load. The Flash is definitely not a need for your site, I don't think, it just bogs it down. If it were an essential part to your design, I'd say keep it, but as far as I can tell, there's no reason for it to stay.
