New Hosting Layout

ok, i actually like the new layout except for the use of tables. it would load faster with divs and css. might be good to use a little more color too.

Umm.. It did not go off track..

Anyways, I think the design is pretty pleasing for the eyes.

But the main problem is the slow scroll rate, and the long load time. In fact, I think it would do you a lot of good if you just eliminated the need for scrolling.
