I have learned not to trust any hosting company if they don't even own a domain...what I find funny is that the signup/login form looks just like Muttle's co brands, but this isn't one (only 10mbs not 100mb.) Maybe on the same script.

Yes I am. However, it is a co-brand so it isn't running of my server. If i new more about this new host and if they are co-branded I might trust them a bit more, but as far as I know it could be some guy is hosting off a dialup. Plus, I don't even host my own site at Muttle, i just basically made one for the heck of it.
 
abusing free hosts

look to me that host is sponsored, but hes getting abused already

trying to upload mp3s and other violations of this tos.
