How do you sign up its always saying upgrading servers

I read a thread about that somewhere...from what I can remember it says that the little 'server is currently being upgraded' notice isn't in affect anymore. It just does that from time to time. Why? Something went wrong during the upgrade and it's taking them a little bit longer than expected to get rid of the side effects [login probs, server uptime, etc...].

This site is pathetic. Right after I created an index.html page, and visited it, there was a virus. Sad, very sad. I cannot access the cpanel at the moment now either. I wouldn't suggest this hosting for anyone.
