netfirms ftp problems

everytime i try to login to their ftp i get this

i was trying to get my site copied off them so i can move to my new host

well, if u feel like its not somethin that happen once in a blue moon, then check your password or let the host member support people know about this. Mebbe they'l help u :rolleyes:

i went to my site and its disabled , damn netfirms , now im going to have to wait a month to signup for sector31 again

They are having a system wide failure.... It started a week or two ago....

Netfirms

I think netfirms is having server problems. My site is also saying its dissabled. I think its errors becasue if you try somin like sdycsjhcksjdhcskjhndkuhcsfud23.netfirms.com, you will just get the same error message.
 
I think Netfirms resolved their server network problems. My site that was disabled is up and running fine.
