I am looking for a nice, cheap public cs server with 10-12 player slots, reasonably low ping, in the west coast (e.g. California), free setup and mods (Adminmod and Statsme). I would like to pay around $15-$20 for 10 slots OR $20-$25 for 12 slots. If someone could offer this to me, or point me to a web site that does, that would be great!.
