Need webserver that really works (free) please

please, i need it to work with my i.p. adress. i want to let people use free file hosting but i need web server. please. free. thanks so much.

if i get it running, the person who told me about the sevrer will get 5 gig free file (no rules)

I think this is the wrong forum for this, and also im a little confused as to your "deal". Wouldn't they already have access to that if they knew a free webserver with what you want?

You want someone to GIVE you a server so you can offer free hosting? If you are ready to offer hosting, it is in your (and your clients) best interest to get your own server ie pay for it.
