Hi I am looking to start a free webhost but with no sign up page basically il look at peoples applications and decide if they are going to make good use of the space so dont need some sort of system built in. Looking at spending at start little moving onto $100 maximum per month.

I plan to provide custom packages depending on the site and the only rule is you link back to my website on the main page.

Im figuring this will be good for seo or am i totally wrong? My companys a webdesign firm incase your wondering.

If you are still looking for good suggestion, try to check ifhost reseller hosting plans.
I have never seen such user support. Trouble tickets or questions were answered in minutes not hours.

I highly doubt in this day and age you will find a VPS or Reseller for free unless you have major connections. The economy just doesn't support that anymore. I suggest you save your time and just go out and purchase a VPS or Reseller package. They can be as low as $10.

When I first got my VPS, I custom made it with my current host's builder and it kept the costs down while giving me the processor I wanted and the RAM I needed for stability.
So far, it has been more reliable than my Toyota and I haven't had an issue with anything.

did you read what the OP written properly?
he said that he is looking for a VPS or a reseller hosting within his budget of $100 max, to run a free hosting service.

he is not asking for a free VPS....
