Hello Everyone here are my requirements:
300GB of space (it doesn't have to be SSD I'm not worried about disk performance just capacity)
You can recommend sufficient bandwidth right now I'm getting 2 TB and I don't even touch that
cPanel/Whm with Softaculous
Preferably no inode limit
2GB of Ram burstable to 4GB
3 month discount or 6 month discount if possible
Not worried about budget but the lowest price for space ratio wins.

I would assume the pricing in bold is the price with the selected addon's (cpanel/whm and softaculous) ?

You need a "Storage VPS", No one sell VPS normal VPS plan with 300GB but VPS disk space more than 150GB is called "Storage VPS" and performance of storage vps is not good at all and even can't compete with normal VPS plan.

Buy a affordable dedicated server.
