Listen im willing to pay for this but i need it to start right now not 2 weeks time right now so people who have paid for sites and they start straight away let me know please help me i want to put a forum up so please any useful hosting as i say don`t mind paying to much but want it fast and i need these things

At least 20 mb

Good bandwidth

CGI a must

ftp upload

No banners if im paying for it

If it is going ot have anything to do with the subject of your current site, you are going to have serious problems finding anyone at all to host you!
