that would be the idea....i just need something small to run a PBX....little bandwidth....it would be for 2-4 phones that barely ring...

If you don't find a free one - go to prgmr.com, they're very cheap and incredibly good for the price. Tell them Sam Barrow referred you.

Why not use a public voip server instead ?
Or maybe buy one , vps's cost as low as any ordinary shared hosting account does nowadays .
Just a suggestion though...
