Need shoutcast hosting!reliable!

Ok so i need some Shoutcast hosting,i am now running my radio from listen2myradio and it's doing better then expecting (more than 57 listeners in just 2 days of existing) ok so i have budget to just 8 dollars a month for this.

And i would prefer this if it's possible:
64kbps bitrate (max)
50 listeners (max)
AutoDJ if possible.

I also can offer Shoutcast hosting from my server, but finding an autoDJ on that budget would be a challenge as to date there are no available open source solutions that I could install for you to use. Most of the shoutcast automation packages I have found that include an autoDJ feature cost more than $8 per month to pay the license fees attached to them.
