Hey all i just need a free server but with these facilities

---Reasonable bandwidth----
---Browser Upload thats good---but not very necessary---

There should be all commands available for PHP.Actually I have problems with some servers,i have used http://tripod.co.uk it is good but there are limitations as you cannot use --
fsockopen()--
function in PHP and also cannot send more than 100 mails per day with mail() function.
So then I tested http://www.xug.net they were advertizing here (although there is no browser upload) but ohhh when i tried to run one of my files containing
---fopen()---
Access denied...what a hell is this (although fsockopen() is working here)...
So any body help me please....
