Need New Host Desperately!!!

Hi everyone,
i need a new host for the domain www.whichbb.org. My last one was a right arse. You'll probably see why in my requirements.
Here are my requirements;

• Able to restore a full backup
• able to host phpBB(!!)
• Host trustworthy enough NOT to steal scripts from my account and then call me a Jew ( :confused4 ) when i call him a dick.
• cPanel would be nice
• 500MB space
• as much b/w as possible
• unlimited SQL
• CGI & Perl would be a USED bonus

I will put your google ads on the bottom of the main page.
