I think no one already asked the most important question : For what budget ? I have plans from 0 to 2.99 $ per month. My FeATURES Are practically unlimited and all you are asking is available, but we would may need a little discuss to find out what you are really searching !

I suppose that would be more comfortable for others suggest you according to your requirements not additional features.
What about Space, bandwidth etc?
 
I would suggest you purchase a VPS with cPanel/Direct Admin (Direct Admin if you are on a budget)

VPS would cost you some where around $10-$15 and cPanel around $15 / Direct Admin around $11.

Your looking around $20-$30 per month.

Don't go with a Shared / Reseller account cause most likely it wont be reliable, get your own VPS.
