Rcthost.com is the only option to host a forum... because they do provide phpBB forum ...only few clicks and your forum will be installed in their server~
they are fast and reliable~
because i have used for 6 months using phpBB forum... i have a extreme high flow each month to 10GB and they keep their server well maintain!~
