Need Hosting for Musician Fansite

Hi Guys, I run a unofficial site for a UK R&B Solo artist and need a new host. we do not host mp3s of any sort and most of the multimedia is remotely hosted. from past experiences Ive had some aggrovation with hosts servers automatically suspending sites for no real reason so I wouldnt want this.

You'll get a linkback in the Site Information areas of the site.. unfortunetly i cannot display ads in the main site pages as it messes up the site layout but maybe the forums.

We require..
5-10GB Bandwidth,
250MB-500MB Space,
A Host with good uptime
Support in someway (MSN, Live Help..)
No Automatic Suspensions

Also may need help restoring a full back-up from previous host.
