Need hosting for MOD Music

Hey guys,

I need simple, yet effective, web hosting for my MOD Music files. Here's what I'm looking for:

250MB Space
1GB or 2GB BW
FTP
Sub-domain
Textlink Ads (or Google AdSense)
Easy Signup
Instant Activation

cPanel, email and all that other great stuff doesn't really concern me. All I really need the the above noted. I don't ask for much. I feel that having no ads would make my site non-existant in a matter of months...no thanks. All I need is Textlink or Google AdSense ads. Main page or all pages are fine. I would, however, like to be able to place the ads anywhere on the page using HTML/CSS. If that is possible, then it would be even better. Thanks again!
