Need Help About Something . . .

Hi! Well, I dunno where to start. LOL! See, here's my issue: I want a free script that does something like that of http://pinoylyrics.net/ where in you can submit lyrics and that will automatically be posted on the site and be saved in a MySQL Database or something. I tried searching Google and even HotScripts for it but I dunno what am I really looking for. I dunno what keyword to use in the first place. I really need your help guys. Im sorry if this sounds stupid. Im really new with this. If someone would be able to help me, I would gladly appreciate it.

It's highly likely that, that site is not made from a pre-bought script, rather the site owners have coded it themselves....

You know php / mysql ?
