Need Free Hosting With Free Domain

Hi Guys,
I need free website hosting of about this size -
about 200 MB of space
about 5 gig of bandwidth
A file size limit above 100 MB

And i also want a free .com domain with it i don't mind posting for it as long as its not alot of posting, or i don't mind a bit of advertising for you.

What sort of website is this? By the look of this request you are doing file hosting? 3gig is a lot of space for a new website.
